The jewels are high-end items, brass based and plated. They come in a variety of colours such as silver, gold, pink gold, chocolate and black.
- What are the sizes of the jewels?
The rings all come with a one-size fits all system.
The bracelets have a 3-way locking system with the following dimensions:
– Women’s bracelet: the closed diameters are 55, 58 and 60mm
– Kid’s bracelets: the closed diameters are 49, 53 and 56mm
– Men’s bracelets: the closed diameters are 68, 70 and 73 mm

All our jewels are carefully crafted in France.
- Do you make models for men and children?
We create jewels for men and for kids. You will find the men’s models here and the kids models here.
- How do I maintain my jewel?
We advise you to avoid water but especially chlorine, cleaning products and any other aggressive product for which we can’t guarantee the good behaviour of the plating.
- Is my jewellery under warranty?
Our jewels have a 2 year warranty for normal uses. We advise you to avoid water but especially chlorine, cleaning products and any other aggressive product for which we can’t guarantee the good behaviour of the plating. You will find more information about our warranty here.
- How do I know if my jewel is an authentic Mya Bay?
To ensure the authenticity of a Mya Bay jewel it must be purchased directly from our website or from an authorized Mya Bay retailer.

If you still wish to return your order because you have changed your mind you have up to 14 days after reception of the jewel to notify us that you wish to return your order. If your jewel is still under warranty please send us an email at email@example.com with pictures of the defect of the jewel. Our after-sales department will get in touch with you as quickly as possible.

- Do you do worldwide shipping?
Yes you can be delivered anywhere in the world. You can refer to our table above to know our delivery prices.For orders delivered outside the European Union, taxes and duties may apply. Unfortunately, we are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. If you used a coupon on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s). Unfortunately we don’t do express deliveries yet. We make every effort to ensure that your jewels reach you as quickly as possible.

No, Pick up and Go deliveries are not possible yet.
- How do I know if my order has been processed?
Upon validation of your order a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you mentionned when you created your account.
- How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is sent out for delivery, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail in order to track your order. In order to follow your package in all serenity, we use Bpost for the delivery and the follow-up of your order.You can follow your package on the sitewww.bpost.be by using the tracking number you have received.
