DELIVERY & RETURNS
When you place an order on the MYA BAY website, you can choose between two delivery methods: the standard delivery, free over 80€, or the express delivery.
The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination of your parcel. However, the reception time of your order can be estimated as follows:
Standard delivery in Europe: 2 to 5 working days.
Express delivery in Europe: 1 to 2 working days.
Worldwide standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days.
For some destinations you can opt for a “relay point” option. Thanks to the latter, you can pick up your order at a delivery point. Deadlines are similar to those mentioned above for standard delivery.
You will be informed of the relay points available near you when confirming your purchase.
Remember that in order to pick up your order, you must present an ID. In case of impossibility to make the delivery, due to an erroneous delivery address or in the absence of withdrawal by the customer of his order from the selected relay point, the reshipment will be carried out at the expense of the customer.

You will be informed by e-mail of the dispatch of your order. The confirmation e-mail will also contain the tracking number of your shipment.
For information purposes, from the dispatch of your parcel, no follow-up is available before 24 hours to 48 hours. Please note that this does not affect the correct progress of your order.
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. In case of returns, shipping costs are at MYA BAY’s charge.
The return request is made by logging into your customer account and selecting the option "return" or by going on this page. Following the acceptance of your request, you will receive, by e-mail, a postage-paid label to be affixed to the return package.
Do not forget that you have 14 days from the acceptance of your return request to send us your parcel. In addition, the product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new and not worn.
