— DELIVERY
When you place an order on the MYA—BAY website, you have the choice between two delivery methods: standard delivery, free from €100 in the EU, or express delivery.
The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination of your package. However, the time it takes to receive your order can be estimated as follows:
Standard delivery in Europe: 2 to 5 working days.
Express delivery in Europe: 1 to 3 working days.
Standard Delivery Worldwide: 3 to 5 working days.
Pickup point delivery
In the countries below, you can choose at checkout to have your parcel delivered to a pickup point instead of your home. You select the pickup point of your choice, near you, directly at checkout. Delivery times are similar to standard delivery.

Pickup point delivery is free from €100 of purchase.
You will be asked for an ID to collect your order. If delivery is not possible (incorrect address, or parcel not collected from the pickup point within the time allowed), reshipping will be at the customer's expense.
*Please note that deliveries are made only on working days.
— TRACKING
You will be notified by email when your order has shipped. This shipping confirmation email will also contain your package's tracking number.
For your information, once your package has been shipped, no tracking is available for 24 to 48 hours. Please note that this does not affect the progress of your order.
— RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return requests are made online via our returns portal: simply enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase. Once your request has been accepted, you will receive, by email, a prepaid label to affix to the return package.
Please note that you have 30 days from the date your return request is accepted to return your package to us. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new and unworn.
For each return, including when exercising the right of withdrawal, a flat amount of €3 is deducted from the refund value. This amount is a contribution towards the cost of the prepaid return label provided to you.
Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer for returns from countries outside the European Union.
