— DELIVERY
When you place an order on the MYA—BAY website, you have the choice between two delivery methods: standard delivery, free from €100 in the EU, or express delivery.
The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination of your package. However, the time it takes to receive your order can be estimated as follows:
Standard delivery in Europe: 2 to 5 working days.
Express delivery in Europe: 1 to 3 working days.
Standard Delivery Worldwide: 2 to 5 working days.
Some destinations allow you to choose a "collection point" option. With this option, you can pick up your order at a delivery point. Delivery times are similar to those for standard delivery.
You will be informed of available delivery points near you when you confirm your purchase.
Please remember that to collect your order, you must provide proof of identity. If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect delivery address or if the customer does not collect their order from the selected collection point, the customer will be responsible for reshipping.
*Please note that deliveries are made only on working days.

You will be notified by email when your order has shipped. This shipping confirmation email will also contain your package's tracking number.
For your information, once your package has been shipped, no tracking is available for 24 to 48 hours. Please note that this does not affect the progress of your order.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
The return request is made on your account by selecting the "return" option or by going to this page . Following acceptance of your request, you will receive, by email, a stamped label to affix to the return package.
Please note that you have 14 days from the date your return request is accepted to return your package to us. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new and unworn.
For each return, we deduct a flat fee of €2.50 from the refund value. This deduction covers part of the processing and handling costs associated with returning the products.
Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer for returns from countries outside the European Union.
