My order
A confirmation email will be sent to you, with your order number and a summary of your shopping cart. If you have not received this email, please check your account. Your order is validated from the moment you see it appear in your My Account area. If this tab is empty, please contact us via eshop@mya-bay.com .
The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination of your package. However, the time it takes to receive your order can be estimated as follows:
Standard delivery in Europe: 2 to 5 working days.
Express delivery in Europe: 1 to 2 working days.
Standard delivery worldwide: 3 to 5 working days
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery method chosen (standard or express) as well as the destination of your order.
For standard delivery, delivery is free for orders over €100. Below this amount, standard delivery costs between €7 and €10 for Europe. For international delivery, standard delivery can cost up to €12
Nothing could be easier! Go to the My Account / My Orders section. Your package's tracking number will be entered there. You'll also be notified by email of the shipment and progress of your order.
You can add or remove items from your cart as long as your order is not confirmed. Once your order is placed, you will need to cancel it entirely if you wish to change an item.
Once your order has been validated, you have one hour to cancel it. To do so, send an email to eshop@mya-bay.com . After one hour, you can only return the items for a refund once your package has been received, within 14 days.

Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your items for a refund or credit note. Please note that damaged or worn jewelry cannot be returned.
Here's how to do it:
1. Make your return request online via My Account / My Returns
2. Affix the prepaid return label that will be sent to you by email to your package and drop it off at the post office of your choice.
For each return from a European Union country, we deduct a flat rate of €2.50 from the refund value. This deduction covers part of the processing and handling costs associated with returning the products.
Returns via our return portal are not possible for countries outside the EU. This is therefore entirely at the customer's expense.
You will be notified by email as soon as we receive your return. Once received, the team will open the packages one by one, which may take some time. Please allow one week for the team to get back to you.
You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 40 business days for our payment processor to process the payment.
Please note that the refund of an order paid for with a gift card or credit note will be automatically issued as a credit note.

Our jewelry is crafted with the utmost care. However, some jewelry may occasionally experience manufacturing defects. That's why MYA—BAY offers a one-year warranty for normal use.
